JODY NORTH
Executive Director
Personally caring and creative. Driven by a need to help reduce suffering and improve functioning. Genuine no-nonsense approach to getting any job done. Experience in systems navigation, client services, youth engagement, strategic planning, organizational management, and public speaking. Founded MiND-AID to fill a need identified from previous role as program coordinator with Muskoka Victim Services.

TAYLOR MARSHALL
Hub Coordinator
Open-minded, empathetic. Driven by fostering a strong, inclusive community that values equality for every individual, from all walks of life. Experienced in mental- health and addictions, focused on delivering a client-centred approach striving for equity, autonomy and promoting self advocacy to achieve a better quality of life with equal and fair opportunities.
DESARAE DOOLITTLE
Navigator
Following the path through the seven grandfather teachings; courage, love, respect, wisdom, humility, truth and honesty a sense of calm is approached through creative thinking. Problem solving has been a life norm which has enriched professional determination for justices and care. Experienced in culturally driven services, youth engagement, program development and community integration. Driven by a commitment to community betterment and the value of relationships. Believes we have little if not integrity.
ANDREA SIBBICK
Intake & Administration
Warm and compassionate. Driven by a desire to help others reach their fullest potential. Experience working with the Ontario Public Service for 16 years prior to completing Masters in Counselling Psychology. Andrea grew up in Bracebridge and is committed to providing mental health services in her home community. Inspired by MiND-AID’s client-centred approach to mental wellness in Muskoka. Strives to provide an inclusive atmosphere free from judgement.
MARIKO FLETCHER
Navigator
Empathetic, solution-focused and passionate. Driven by participating in a community in which individuals not only survive, but thrive with no-barrier access to mental health & social services. Experienced in providing case management support, program facilitation, having a client-centered approach, inclusivity and community partnerships. Striving to provide individuals with long-term success through support of their mental wellness.
